Quotes and orders

• Quotes are based on the information you provide (dimensions, material, quantity, deadline).
• Changes to the design or requirements may change price and lead time.
• For custom work, we may ask follow-up questions before confirming.

Custom products

Custom-made items are produced specifically for you. Because of this, returns/refunds may be limited unless the product is defective or not produced according to the agreed specification.

Quality notes

• FDM 3D printing naturally shows layer lines.
• Small variations can occur between prints due to materials and process.
• If a part requires tight tolerances or special fits, this must be specified in advance.

Customer-provided files

If you provide files (STL/STEP/images), you confirm you have the right to use them. You are responsible for ensuring you are not violating intellectual property rights.

Payment and delivery

• Payment terms depend on the chosen method (e.g. invoice, Vipps, or other providers).
• Delivery and lead times are estimates and can vary based on workload, materials, and complexity.
• Pickup may be available locally in Tromsø (arranged by agreement).

Liability

Printed parts are used at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or use outside the intended conditions (heat/load/UV/etc.). For critical or safety-related applications, you must inform us before ordering.
